TERMS OF USE

 

GoalKeeper is owned by Author of the application, company GrowApp S.C. NIP 5842035763, REGON 191278543.

This document details the conditions and rules for using the GoalKeeper mobile application.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of the Terms of Use, the following terms:

„Mobile Application" (called later also "GoalKeeper") - mobile application GoalKeeper available in App Store for iOS platform.

"User" - personal account registered in the application GoalKeeper

„Author" - company GrowApp S.C., owner of GoalKeeper.

„Terms of Use" (called later also "Regulations", "Terms", "Agreement" or "This Document") - this document describing in detail the terms and conditions of using the application GoalKeeper.

§1 GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1. The device on which it was installed The Client's Mobile Application must be an iPhone with iOS in version 16.0 or newer.

2. By registering a new account, you agree with Terms of Use, the User acknowledges that this Document is a legal act concluded between the Author and the User of the application GoalKeeper. The conditions contained in the Regulations must be respected by both parties to the Agreement. Underflow the provisions of these regulations may be the basis for drawing consequences legal and functional.

3. Creating a Customer account with authorization via Apple ID gives the Author access (if appropriate consent is given in the Sign in With Apple) to your name, surname and email address User.

4. The user is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of their login data - Apple, e-mail address and password, the Author is not responsible for breach of the security of the User's account resulting from failure to maintain confidentiality of the User's login details.

§2 CONTENT GENERATED BY USER

1. GoalKeeper application allows the User to generate their own content in the form of goals and reports day and milestones.

2. None of the user generated content is shared with third parties and other users of GoalKeeper.

§3 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

1. The activities listed in §3 of the Rules are strictly prohibited. Non-application complying with the following prohibitions may result in legal consequences.

2. Attempts to decode GoalKeeper executable are prohibited.

3. Copying or distributing the Mobile Application by means other than Apple App Store without express consent of the Author is prohibited.

4. Unauthorized access attempts to application database GoalKeeper by means other than the Mobile Application are prohibited.

5. Attempts to disrupt the GoalKeeper system are strictly forbidden.

§4 PAID SUBSCRIPTION

1. Through the Mobile Application The user can make a purchase (as part of the In-App Purchase service by Apple ) paid subscription for 1 month or 12 months.

2. During the active subscription to the User it is possible to create an unlimited number of goals.

3. After the paid subscription expires, the User can continue to use previously created goals (until they are deleted), however, adding new ones requires subscription renewal.

§5 PRIVACY POLICY

1. The administrator of the User's personal data is the Author.

2. The author enables the User to view, requesting a change or deletion of the provided personal data from the application's database GoalKeeper.

3. GoalKeeper application uses the User's personal data in order to:

- User account authorization during

- Compliance with legal requirements

4. The Mobile Application does not share with the parties third parties or other Users of the User's personal data and content by generated by it.

 

§6 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The user can delete their account in any time.

2. The user can ask a question about of the Terms of Use by sending an e-mail to the following address: contact@growapp.net.

3. The author reserves the right to introduce changes to the Regulations at any time. The current version of the Terms of Use is available via the latest version of the Mobile Application or via the website http://www.growapp.net/goalkeeper/en/agreements/tac.html.

4. The author reserves the right to temporarily suspend operation of the Mobile Application for the duration of technical works.

5. Matters not covered by these Terms of Use, governed are laws.
